Ayurveda
Claudia is a Kripalu School of Ayurveda-trained Ayurvedic Health Counselor and founder of Balanced Being Ayurveda, where she supports her community through personalized, holistic wellness practices.
Her approach integrates the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern living, emphasizing sustainable lifestyle and dietary shifts for long-term health and vitality. Initial consultations are 1.5 hours, and follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. We recommend at least five follow-up visits per year to effectively track progress.
Yoga & Pranayama
Claudia is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 25 years of experience as a dedicated yogi, meditation practitioner, and Reiki practitioner. She draws from her deep study of yoga philosophy, asana, and Ayurveda—along with the wisdom of her earlier teachers—to create thoughtful, well-rounded experiences.
Her teaching approach emphasizes cultivating mental resilience, building strength and balance in the body, and fostering a deeper connection to the Self on a spiritual level. Through a blend of strength-building, breath work, and mindful movement, she encourages students to turn inward while honoring their individual needs through accessible modifications. Claudia teaches vinyasa, gentle, yin, and chair yoga. Please contact me for private or group instruction.
